Hikmat, the young intelligent and egoistic Damascene son of a wealthy family, studied at the Turkish Military School, graduated as an officer from Istanbul and was appointed as the First Soldier of Subashism. The Turkish authorities entrust him with the task of investigating the crimes that took place in one of the neighborhoods of Damascus. During his investigations, he figures out the criminals, who are two women called Wardah and Shamiah. Then with a twist of events he is faced with a great shock that has him associated with one of the two criminals.
